The name comes from Matthew 5–7, the Sermon on the Mount.

Jesus didn't just preach from that mountain, he showed men what it looks like to live with purpose, strength, and kingdom impact under pressure. Every word he gave on prayer, integrity, generosity, and courage was aimed at ordinary men willing to live differently than the crowd around them.

Men on the Mountain exists for men who take Jesus seriously, not men who already have it figured out, but men willing to be sharpened, corrected, and pushed toward the life they were actually made for.

We are called to love God, follow Christ, discover and develop our gifts, all to the service of others. No passive faith on the mountain. Only adventure seeking disciples.
